How does it work? Your guests will enjoy choosing their fresh ingredients and watching their crepe being made by local Tango Tea Room owners, John and Irene Jaan. Crepe Fandango Catering makes your event a memorable stand-out. Crepes are versatile; they can be sweet with chocolate or fruit, or they can be savory with meats, veggies, and cheeses. Crepes are perfect for any occasion or any time of the day from breakfast/brunch to dinner--or just a tasty dessert. Now available in the Corpus Christi and Coastal Bend area, you can bring the excitement of a custom crepe station to your event! John and Irene will help you create an exceptional experience formal or informal -- whether you're hosting a corporate event, an elegant wedding reception, or a creative birthday party or baby shower.

Add more flair to ordinary catering. Crepe Fandango crepes are freshly made to order indoors or outdoors with an entertaining twist. The menu is customized to complement your event and please your guests.

Crepe Parties

(2 hour minimum)

Special Introductory Rate/Package:

Good through 2009!

$400 Standard Crepe Station includes 2 hours live crepe catering for your guests, up to 25 full size crepes per hour (50 total), sweet and/or savory crepes with basic ingredients*. You may choose up to 100 mini-crepes per hour too! Specialized and gourmet ingredients available for additional cost (custom menus available). Includes paper plates, plastic utensils, and napkins, set-up and clean-up. You save $100.

Extra Time: $100/hour extra plus $6.00 per savory crepe (price of basic crepe, dependent on ingredients). Savory Crepes are $6.00-$10 each.

Your standard crepe station will have 2 meats, 4 veggies, 1 cheese, a savory sauce and 2 dessert options (or items of equivalent value):

*Meats: Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, Turkey Pastrami, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage (choose any 2 meats)

Veggies: mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach (choose any 4 veggies)

Cheeses: Cheddar or Mozzarella

Sweet Crepes: Chocolate and/or Strawberry with powdered sugar, Coconut Cream & Toasted Coconut, Mexican Spiced Chocolate, Butter & Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie & Whipped Cream

The Tango Tea Room.

Any of the menu items from the Tango Tea Room can be delivered to your event as well. Popular choices include a batch of the Tango Tea Room's famous hummus with pita bread, veggie trays, fruit trays, mini or full size (sun-dried tomato) chicken salad sandwiches on croissants, or the famous Mediterranean sandwich (which is their popular vegetarian sandwich filled with homemade hummus, sun-dried tomato pesto, and fresh veggies on a croissant). The homemade salsa is also popular for parties.

We offer a coffee service and can provide any of our 50 varieties of iced teas by the gallon.
